Unlike most meeting planners, Nix is never incentivized by high venue and vendor costs. Instead, we charge a fixed event management fee and return all commissions and percentage fees to you.
We establish the scope of work and our management fee early in the process, making budgeting much more predictable. Then we negotiate the best possible deals with venues and vendors. Finally, we audit the final bill for accuracy. The savings we secure on your behalf often far offset our fee.
